Offered here is a polished endcut of NWA 2965. This material has been classified as EL6/7, EL3 and Aubrite but it seems science is going to settle on EL3.

This is one of the oldest meteorites on our planet in terms of terrestrial age and has been referred to as a fossil meteorite.

Quite a bit of material has been found but most of it has been tucked away and very little prepared material is available.
